Book Review: Hatteras Girl

Hatteras Girl
by
Alice J. Wisler

Jackie Donovan has a dream to run a B&B on North Carolina’s Outer Banks. She doesn’t want to run just any B&B, she wants to reopen and run the Bailey House, a place she spent many wonderful hours as a child. After doing a little digging she figures out who owns it, a dreamy guy named Davis Erickson. She begins to fall for Davis but soon wonders if he is really the man she thinks he is. After finding out the truth about him she finds that what she really wants has been right under her nose the whole time, she just needed to take a closer look…

This book was a nice, quick read; I think I finished it in 3 days. Alice Wisler does a great job of keeping the reader interested in the story and guess what they’ll find as they turn the page. I found myself completely lost in the story; I couldn’t read it fast enough. I would recommend this book to anyone wanting a fun read; it would be a great “beach read.”

This book is available at Amazon and Barnes and Noble, as well as many other retailers.
